Katy, with her background in behavioral psychology, possessed an uncanny ability to de-escalate panic with a soothing tone and perfectly timed empathy. Today’s first call was from a flustered graphic designer whose tablet had seemingly developed a malevolent consciousness, randomly inverting colors.
