The sleek, modern lobby of the so-called “hoe-tel” promised a weekend of anonymous luxury, but for Monique Alexander and Jane Wilde, it was the prelude to pure, unadulterated chaos. Monique, with her knowing smile and cascade of dark hair, immediately commandeered the king-sized suite, declaring it their personal kingdom for the next forty-eight hours. Jane, a whirlwind of effervescent energy and playful mischief, responded by immediately raiding the absurdly well-stocked mini-bar.
