The sun had set, leaving the world shrouded in darkness as she made her way through the dense forest. The air was thick with the scent of pine and earth, and every few steps, a twig snapped beneath her feet, announcing her presence to any nearby predators. But she didn’t care; she had come here to unleash her inner beast, and nothing could stop her now. As she pushed through the underbrush, she felt the heat of the day dissipate from her skin, replaced by a chill that ran down to her bones. She knew what lay beyond that arch, and she couldn’t wait to see it. With a sudden burst of energy,
