Sitting in the therapist’s office, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my chest. For years, I had struggled with feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, but now I was ready to face myself head-on. As she asked me about my childhood, I realized that so much of who I was today was shaped by the experiences of my past. But tead of dwelling on the negative, I decided to focus on the positive. I started to see myself in a new light – as a strong, resilient woman who had overcome challenges and emerged even stronger. And with each passing day, I grew more confident in my ability to shape my own future. #10-29-2022 14:37:56
