I was nervous as I stepped into the dimly lit room, my heart pounding in my chest. The only light came from a single bulb hanging over the examination table, casting an eerie glow on the surroundings. The room smelled of antiseptic and metal, making me feel even more apprehensive. As I approached the table, I couldn’t help but notice the array of medical equipment scattered around the room. There were needles, scalpels, and other unfamiliar tools that made my stomach churn. But then, I saw him. He was tall and muscular, with dark hair and piercing blue eyes that seemed to penetrate right through me. He wore a white coat over his clothes, which only added to the sense of professionalism he exuded. As he approached me, I couldn’t help but feel a rush of heat spread throughout my body. His hands were gentle as he undressed me, carefully removing each article of clothing until I was naked before him. He positioned me on the table, his large hands gripping my hips to hold me in place. Then, he lowered himself onto me, slowly and deliberately, until we were joined as one. It was then that I realized what an anal intern’s first scene must be like. It was overwhelmingly intense, both physically and emotionally. The sensations were unlike anything I had ever experienced before, and yet they felt so natural and right. As we continued to move together, I could feel his heartbeat agat my chest, and I knew that this was something special. This was the beginning of a beautiful journey, one that would take me places I never imagined possible. And for that, I was grateful.
